Great so far. Have had it for a couple of weeks and it works beautifly.Assembly was easy with 3 people asitookabout20 minutes. Plugged itin and wasup to 145 degreswithin 15-20 minutes. Can fit 4 people but recommend 2 if you want to be comfortable.

Love the product. Easy to assemble -- no tools! We liked it so much, we ordered a second unit for our get-away house. The company thought that 2nd order coming so quickly was odd -- like maybe a glitch or ascam -- so they called to check on it. A live phone call to make sure everything was OK! Never happens.right? So now l like them even more.

This was very easy for my husband and myself to assemble in an afternoon. it heats up quickly, the speakelare good as well as the lighting. We are having a dedicated electric outlet and line run for it as it pulls a lotof power and we don t want to trip breakers. lt also looks great in the small courtyard outside of ourmaster bathroom. We have not used it a lot yet, but so far we are very happy with this sauna.

Overall this unit offers a good value for themoney.As a cabinet maker by trade fit andfnish was important to me, somethingthat is always a concern when l orderonline. So the machining of the unit l recieved wasspot on and all parts are sanded and smooth to the touch.Installed about 4weeks ago 120 v. Heats up quick about 1520 min.Gets hot 60c.Assembly was easy 2people 45-60 min.Really pleased so far. What could make it better? Since it s anoutdoor unit better insulation on the flooiwould be qreat and a remote start wouldbe a plus. That s about it.Life expectancy isabout 12 yrs I believe that s what l read.lexpect a little ext maintenance will benecessary to keep it looking gqood afte!awhile but right now it looks great.

The 2 person outdoor sauna is a great sizefor 1 person with a bit of room to stretchThe wood quality seems good. Thetemperature fluctuates from 150 to 144with 100% intensity button.lt would benice to have a button to keep the temperature constant. But it does the jobfor sure. Make sure to get that backrest asit s totally worth it! Richard is very responsive and very helpful so the supporton the other side after the sale is why 5stars.
