U.S. Delivery Location and Shipping Fees
Our shipping policy offers free delivery for all orders within the continental United States. Please note that current delivery services do not support to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO, FPO, DPO, and International orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Please note: The address MUST NOT contain PO BOX.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Small parcels - Small parcel shipping is applicable to small/medium-sized parcels with strict size limits. It takes a relatively short time to deliver the products, typically within one week.
Oversized parcels - LTL shipping is applicable to oversized items. It offers cost-effective pricing but involves additional steps such as phone number verification, trucking carrier scheduling, and delivery appointment, resulting in slower handling and delivery times compared to small parcel shipping. A recipient signature is required upon delivery
Just a kind remind, the DELIVERY TIME GREATLY DEPENDS ON THE COORDINATION between buyer and the 3rd party freight carrier. As our experience freight carrier often fails to contact customer, thus Experienced buyer would proactively CALL CARRIER for final arrangement when it arrives at their local agent facility
Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Service Standard
The default delivery service for small parcel is Gound Service while LTL is TRHD (Threshold) . For oversized item LTL shipment, if you needs extra upgrade service like Room of Choice or White Glove, please send us your request to check its availability before placing an order.

We have contracts with different carriers and currently we do not provide shipping service that buyer can desinate a shipping company.
Damaged in Transition
If you notice obvious damage of the item packages, the goods may not be damaged and you can sign it and receive the boxes first. If the goods are damaged, please take pictures for evidence and then contact us at xmatch.service@xmatch.shopping, we will provide replacement of the damaged parts or a brand-new one for free.

3) Pictures of damaged parts if any after open the damaged box
Note: Please keep the packaging box for at least a week after installation, in case you want to return it with the original packaging material.
ATTENTION: Shipping damage must be notified at the time of delivery when sign the receipt. Please notify Xmatch of any damage within one week after ordered item is delivered. Failure to notify Xmatch within the time frame may result in buyer's responsibility for the cost of all replacements, including shipping and handling fees.
