Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Xmatch invalidating this warranty. Warranty is not transferable.
For wooden saunas, surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.
Disclaimers
Xmatch shall not be liable for loss of use of Xmatch's product or other Xmatch products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent structure or key necessory parts removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Xmatch or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Sauna Wood Care Guidance
1) Pave wooden blocks or bricks under a sauna, especially for outdoor saunas. Avoid flooding to damage sauna.
2) Try to use towels to absorb the sweat in a sauna session, not get the sweat accumulated and flow into the bottom of the sauna floor or the area under the bench.
3) After a sauna session, allways keep your sauna still in heating for 5-10 minutes and ventilated in order to dry it quicker, the infrared waves themselves have natural disinfecting and sterilizing properties.
4) Every 1-2 years to re-paint exterior surface of your OUTDOOR sauna with a hard wax oil or protective finish. If it is an indoor sauna and the exterior surface appears visibly discolored, you can repaint it with varnish. DO NOT paint the Interior surface.
5) If crack is found in a wood piece, you can use the silicone glue provided in the package to seal it then polish it as new.
6) Bench top surface is covered a layer of water-based varnish, which is water -resistant and durable, but it can be dissolved amd damaged by alcohol or other cleaning chemical substance. Avoid using any treatment containing benzene or high concentration of alcohol to clean it.
Scooter Battery Care Guidance
(A). Charging Precautions
Proper charging and maintenance are critical to maximize their lifespan (typically 2-3 years). Below are key precautions and care tips based on SLA battery characteristics.
1) Always use the charger provided or an equivelant one to charge your scooter.
2) Disconnect promptly after full charge (float charging ≤2 hours after green light indication).
3) Avoid overcharging or deep discharging, try recharge your battery when its cabacity drops up to or above 30%. Over discharge will result in permanent damage to the scooter battery.
4) Optimize Charging Environment and Duration
Charge at 15°C–35°C. In high temperatures (>40°C), reduce charging time and avoid direct sunlight. In cold conditions (<0°C), extend float charging by 1–2 hours to compensate for reduced efficiency.
Ideal charging duration: 6–8 hours. Charge when remaining capacity is 60–70% for optimal cycle life.
5) Fully charge before long-term storage. Recharge monthly to maintain 50–70% capacity and prevent sulfation.
(B). Usage and Routine Maintenance
1). Minimize High-Current Drain
Avoid sudden acceleration, uphill climbs, or heavy loads without pedal assistance to reduce stress on electrode plates.
Recharge promptly after short trips to prevent plate softening.
2). Cleanliness and Ventilation
Clean battery terminals and casing regularly. Remove terminal oxides with a fine-grit sandpaper to ensure conductivity.
Keep vent caps or valves unobstructed to prevent gas buildup (e.g., hydrogen explosion risks).
3). Electrolyte Management
Monitor voltage and internal resistance periodically. Replace if capacity drops below 80%.
4). Temperature Control
Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures >45°C (e.g., parking under direct sunlight) or <-10°C. Warm batteries to ~20°C before charging in cold weather.
5). Connection Safety
Ensure terminals are tightly secured to prevent arcing or overheating. Apply anti-corrosion grease to terminals.Use insulated tools during installation to avoid short circuits.
(C). Long-Term Storage and Inspection
-For inactive motorcycles, discharge and recharge the battery every 2–3 months to mitigate sulfation.
-Measure open-circuit voltage monthly: A fully charged 12V SLA battery should read ≥12.8V. Below 12.4V indicates immediate recharge.
(D). Key Takeaways
SLA battery longevity hinges on “Partial Discharge, Timely Recharge, Temperature Control, and Regular Checks”. Follow these guidelines to enhance performance and reduce replacement costs. If rapid capacity loss or abnormal heating occurs, seek professional diagnostics immediately.
